1.This text has introduced some safe evaluation methods of the fuzzy safe evaluation, DOW chemical fire and explosion, pool fire , Vapour Clound Explosion(VCE) , (Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapour Explosion )BLEVE model and fault tree analysis(FTA),etc.
本文分析了模糊安全评价法,DOW化学火灾、爆炸指数法,泄漏扩散后的池火灾(Pool Fire),蒸汽云爆炸(Vapour Clound Explosion ,简称VCE),沸腾液体扩展蒸汽云爆炸(Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapour Explosion,简称BLEVE)模型法和事故树分析法等安全评价方法。

工艺上由锅炉输送蒸汽——用汽设备——疏水管网——集水罐——给水泵防汽蚀装置——除氧器或锅炉,组成密闭式蒸汽冷凝水回收循环系统,冷凝水收集罐是带压的,冷凝水回收温度大于100℃,接近用汽设备疏水压力的饱和温度,闭式系统注重蒸汽输送系统、用汽设备疏水阀的选型;冷凝水汇集及输送的科学设计、优化选型以及梯级匹配,使用能系统、余热回收更加科学合理,达到最佳的用能效率。
3.Applies Redlich-Kwong-Soave equation of state to calculate the thermodynamic properties and vapour-liquid equilibrium of the n azeotropic refrigerant mixtures R22/R114 and R13B1/R152a,and azeotropic ones R500 and R502.The results show that the prediction of vapour-liquid equilibrium,bub- ble-point pressures and liquid volumes of non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures is satisfactory.
应用 Redlich-Kwong-Soave 状态方程对非共沸混合工质 R22/R114、R13B1/R152a 的热力性质及汽液平衡进行了计算,同时还计算了两种共沸混合工质 R500和 R502。 与实验数据的比较表明,汽液平衡、饱和压力和非共沸混合工质的饱和容积都获得了令人满意的结果。
4.By analyzing the degree of freedom on phase law with the aid of mathematics, and in the use of Raoult′s law and Antoine equation, the paper deals with the relation of temperature-vapour component, temperature-liquid component and vapour-liquid equilibrium of two components homogeneous mixtures systems.

9.Adsorption isotherms of carbon disulphide(CS2) vapour on the granular activated carbon (GAC) and several kinds of activated carbon fiber (ACF) were determined by gravimetric method. The thermodynamics of the adsorption was also studied. The results indicated that ACF adsorbs CS2 vapour in a physical way with higher adsorption heat, work, and entropy than GAC does.

10.Abstract: Through analysis of the components of coking on different parts of desullfur system of single tower and the waste water containing sulfur , we find the cause of coking in the stripping desulur system from single tower is the polymerization reaction of carbohydrate and the separattion of varied solid powders, organic compounds, and all corrosive productions of metal out of waste water in high temperature, therefore,the solving method is how to decrease the oil content ,how to depolymerize form the carbohydrate and how to antisepticize by vapour of waste water.
文摘:对单塔脱硫系统中不同部位的垢物及现场催化含硫污水进行了分析测定,结果表明:塔内污垢成分及含量随塔体部位的不同而不尽相同,单塔汽提脱硫系统中垢物的形成,主要是由于污水中所含各类粉尘、有机物、金属腐蚀物等在高温下因石油碳氢化合物的析出及其单体的聚合反应所致.如何降低污水中的含油成分、减少聚合反应的生成、防止污水蒸气对塔体材料的腐蚀,是阻垢、除垢和防垢应解决的关键问题.
