1.Background:Two categories of artificial heart valve prosthesis(AHVP) are used presently,including mechanical valve prosthesis(MVP) and bioprosthesis heart valve(BHP) in clinic. All MVP require permanent anticoagulation with warfarin to prevent catastrophic thromboembolism,but all BHP frequently deteriorate within few years.
目前临床所使用的人工心脏瓣膜(artificial heart valve prosthesis，AHVP)有人工生物心脏瓣膜(bioprosthesis heart valve，BHV)和人工机械心脏瓣膜(mechanical valve prosthesis，MVP)。
