1.Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test detection of chlamydia trachomatis (CT) in 604 cases with male urinary tract infection was carried out. The positive rate was 26.9% in the acute gonorrhoeae urethritis (AGU),48. 5% in the postgonococcal urethritis (PGU ) and 31.1% in the nongonococcal urethritis (NGU).
应用聚酶链反应（PCR）检测604例临床已确诊的男性泌尿系感染患者沙眼衣原体（CT）感染情况，发现CT阳性率为：急性淋菌性尿道炎（AGU）占26．9％（117／435），淋菌感染后尿道炎（PGU）占48．5％（32／66），非淋菌性尿道炎（NGU）占31．1％（32／103）。

结论 :我们以 8种首选抗生素中摸索出 3种抗生素 ,有克拉霉素、进口阿齐霉素、氟罗沙星注射液 ,对非淋菌性尿道炎有一定疗效 ,临床上治愈率高达 90 %。
