Well, a lot of, I should say. But Americans drink tea in a much different way from Chinese. They love drinking cold tea, and usually put sugar or lemon in the tea.

6.看病
In my opinion, take a walk, listen to some music or drink a cup of hot milk with sugar, they all might help.
依我看,睡前到户外散步一会儿,或听点音乐,饮一杯加糖的热牛奶,会有帮助的。
