1.De-proteinized with sulfosalicylic acid,free amino acids were analyzed in LKB Bicchrom 4400 Amino Acid Autoanalyser with lithium buffer system and physiological fluid standards. Concentration of 21 amino acids were expressed as μmol ml-1 of serum. Comparing with the result reported by Armstrong and Stave,the concentration of 18 amino acids seemed to have no significant difference,except asparagine was higher.
