1.Hydrogen can be obtained by thermochemical gasification of biomass in supercritical water. Agricultural biomass, including corn stalk, corn cob, wheat stalk, rice straw, rice shell, peanut shell, wood sawdust and broomcorn stalk, mixed in sodium carboxymethylcellulose, were gasified successfully at 650 ℃, 25 MPa in a tubular flow reactor with formation of hydrogen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, methane and a small amount of ethane and ethylene.
以农业生物质(包括玉米秸秆、玉米芯、麦秸、稻草、稻壳、花生壳、高粱秆)为原料,羧甲基纤维素钠为添加剂,利用连续管流反应器,在反应器壁温为 650 ℃、压力为 25 MPa的条件下进行了生物质气化制氢实验研究.
2.The genetic analysis was carried out for 8 characters on 9 energy cane parents and their 20 combination crosses with the NCII mating design. The results showed that the inheritance of stalk biomass, brix weight, available stalk numbers and weight per stalk was subject to both additive gene effect and non-additive genes effect, but mainly controlled by non-additive genes.

3.s One hundred and fifty seeding plants constructing the population for marker analysis on gene linked to sugarcane smut resistance were studied. The results show that the variation coefficients for six main economic characters of height, diameter, brix, stalk number, stalk weight and brix weight are from 9.92% to 39.68%,in which the maximum variation coefficient is found in stalk weight of clump and the minimum is found in brix.
对用于构建甘蔗抗黑穗病基因连锁标记群体 15 0个杂交后代的追踪研究结果表明 ,其株高、茎径、锤度、有效茎数、蔗茎重和锤重 6个主要经济性状变异系数为 9.92 %~ 39.6 8% ,其中丛蔗茎重变异系数最大 ,锤度变异系数最小。

5.The expermental results showed that the sucrose and crude protein contents of sidan- 19corn stalk increased by 15.8% and 264% respecively within 4 to 20 days after corn ear was harvested as compared with those of corn stalk on the first day harvested and that the water content of corn stalk was 62.39% on the twenty second day.
实验结果表明:高植株品种四单19 号玉米秸秆,在收果穗后第4 至20d秸秆中蔗糖的含量比搿穗当天高15.8% ,粗蛋白增高264% ,水分含量在22d 时为62 .39 % ,最佳青贮时间为去果穗后22d 之内。

7.Prohibition of Stalk Burning In accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Enhancing Environmental Supervision on Nature Conservation, the environmental protection departments at various levels have strengthened the on-site enforcement inspection on the prohibiting the stalk burning in the zones prohibiting stalk burning, especially surrounding the airport, super highway, and along the railways and the high voltage electricity wires.
秸秆禁烧工作深入推进各级环保部门按照国家环保总局《关于加强对自然生态保护进行环境监理的通知》的要求,加强了秸秆禁烧区内,特别是机场周围、高速公路、铁路沿线两侧和高压输电线路附近禁烧工作的现场执法检查。
8.Nitrate reductase activities(NRAs)of 24 sugarcane varieties were assayed in 5 different growing stages,and the relation between 7 yield characters(plant height,stalk diameter,stalk weight,effective stalk number,cane yield,brix and sucrose content per hectare)and NRAs were exa- mined by means of correlation and regression analyses.

9.Path analysis showed that except for brix in juice there were extremely significant (p<0.01) effects of stalk height, stalk diameter and NMS on sugar weight per stool and significant (p<0.05) effects of PR on sugar weight per stool.

10.Under3.5MPa pressure,stalk treated by steam for2min,then underwent Meicelase enzymolysis,the amylose(cellulose and hemicellulose)in stalk almost hydrolyzed into monose(glucose and xylose).
在压力为3.5MPa条件下,采用蒸汽处理稻杆2min,再经绿色木霉纤维素酶水解后,稻杆中的多糖(纤维素,半纤维素)几乎完全被水解为单糖(葡萄糖,木糖)。
