1.Compared with AC2525×01550 card cloth, AC2030×01540 card cloth has the speciality of reducing of working angle, decreasing of basic thickness, increasing of tooth density, decreasing of tooth depth. The speciality can increase the gripping and carding ability to fibers, enhance carding machine output and quality of cotton sliver.
通过与AC2525×01550型针布进行对比试验和分析,认为AC2030×01540型锡林针布工作角减小、基厚减薄、齿密增加、齿深变浅,有利于增强对纤维的握持、分梳能力,为提高梳棉机产量和棉条、成纱质量创造了有利条件。
2.The process conditions for producing high transparent low density polyethylene (LDPE) speciality resin, denoted as 25E, were discussed; the effects of reaction pressure, reaction temperature and dosage of regulator of molecular mass and initiator on the properties of high transparent LDPE speciality resin were analyzed. The process parameters were finally determined, including reaction temperature of (315±5) ℃, reaction pressure of (255±5) MPa, dosage of propionaldehyde as regulator of 20-30 kg/h.
探讨了高透明低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)专用树脂25E的生产工艺条件,分析了反应压力、反应温度、相对分子质量调节剂及引发剂的用量对高透明LDPE树脂性能的影响,最终确定了反应温度为(315±5)℃、反应压力为(255±5)MPa、调节剂丙醛注入量为20~30kg/h等生产工艺参数,并对产品进行了基础物性和加工性能分析。
