2.1. A scheme of molecular genetic map consisted of 20 linkage groups was constructed with the mapping software Mapmaker/EXP3.0 MapChart 2.0, which included 161 SSR markers. It covered approximately 1913.5cM of soybean genome with an average genetic distance of 11.89cM.
