1.Sulfate attacking tests show that slag-lithium slag mortar has good resistance to sulfate attacking, whose corrosion index is below 0.95. Acid corrosion tests show that strength percentage loss is below 2%. Under the same conditions, the corresponding values of slag mortar are 0.96 and 1.45%. Obviously slag-lithium slag cement’s abilities of resistance to sulfate and acid haven’t decreased.
耐硫酸盐侵蚀性能优异,腐蚀系数在0.95 以上,耐酸腐蚀性试验强度损失率在2%以内,与全矿渣试样腐蚀系数0.96,强度损失率1.45%相比,耐硫酸盐侵蚀、耐酸腐蚀性能并未降低。
2.Some tests for Liangang sinter adding BOS slag have be done in the laboratory and plant trial.The results show that in the range of BOS slag percentage,from 0%to 8%,with the increase of BOS Slag percentage,the sinter speed has been lower,but the sinter strength and productivity of sinter product have been higher,the sinter productivity will be the maximum when BOS slag percentage is 4%;the siner reducibility has been improved,the normal operation of BOF will not be effected anymore because of the circulation of P form BOS slag.
对烧结矿配加转炉钢渣进行了实验室研究和工业试验，在钢渣配比0%～8%的范围内进行的研究表明：随着钢渣配比的增加，烧结速度稍有下降，烧结矿强度、烧结成品率均有所提高，利用系数在4%左右时达到最大值；烧结矿还原性得到改善；钢渣中带入的P的循环富集不会影响炼钢的现行操作。

4.The slow setting mechanism of phosphorus slag and excitation mechanism of Na 2SO 4 are analyzed,and hydrated reaction mechanism of phosphorus slag cement is presented:Hydrated reaction of C 3S and C 3A in cement speeded up by Na 2SO 4 offsets the slow setting effect of phosphorus slag and CaSO 4·2H 2O,so hydrated reaction of phosphorus slag Portland cement is speeded up greatly.
