1.In every group, the diastolic coronary sinus peak flow velocity /index (DCSV/DCSI) and coronary sinus antegrade flow velocity/index(CSV/CSI)was measured before and after handgrip exercise echocardiography by HP SONOS 5500 at right heart inflow view.
经胸超声测定各组于等长握力负荷试验前后的冠状静脉窦舒张期血流峰值速度及速度积分(diastolic coronary sinus peak flow velocity／index，DCSV／DCSI)，前向血流峰值速度及速度积分(coronary sinus antegrade flow velocity／index，CSWCSI)。

5.Results There are 17 patients with sinus bradycardia(50%), 9 patients with I°AVB(26.5%), 2 patients with Ⅱ°AVB(5.9%), 2 AF patients convert to sinus rhythm(5.9%), 7 patients with sinus-ventricular(S-V) conduction(20.6%), 1 patient with ventricular premature systoles and two patients with VF.
结果窦性心动过缓17例(占50%),I度房室传导阻滞(I°AVB)9例(占26.5%),Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞(Ⅱ°AVB)2例(占5.9%),房颤转为窦性心律2例(占5.9%),窦室传导7例(占20.6%),室性早搏1例,室扑室颤2例。

7.Methods In this retrospective study,a consecutive series of 300 patients with meningiomas invading major intracranial venous system during the last decade(1991-2001),according to its location was classified as (1)tumors involving parasagittal, (2)falx cerebri,(3)transverse sinus and torcular region (4)tentorial ,(5)falcotentorial junction ,(6)cavernous sinus,(7)sigmoid sinus,(8)jugular foramen.

8.MRV was performed in 5 cases. Results:Right transversal sinus was stenosis in 2 cases,The blocked sagittal sinus was seen in 3 cases,left transversal sinus was completely occluded in 1 cases,venous infarction was in 2 cases, brain swelling was in 5 cases,hematoma with mass effect was in 1 case.
