1.The contents of benzioc acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium in 105 sampless from five kinds of non-alcoholic beverages sold in Shenzhen market were analysed by means of HPLC.The dada were analysed by Chi-square test.The results showed that there significant differences in the detectable percentages of the 3 additives among the five kinds of drinks.However,there were no difference in contents smong them.The percentage out of National Hygiene Standard for saccharin sodium was 0.0175.It is suggested that health supervision in both beverage manufacture and consumption market be strengthened in order to improve the safety of beverages and reduce the hazard to health.
目的:全面了解深圳市售各类饮料食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的三种添加剂的含量情况,方法:对市场上销售的五类软饮料进行随机抽样调查，用高效液相色谱法和统计学方法分析了105份样品中添加剂的含量,结果:发现五类软饮料中三种添加剂的检出率存在显著性差异,检出样品中三种添加剂含量基本无品种差异,添加剂含量超标率较低，仅为0.0175,结论:提出了加强饮料生产厂家和消费市场两方面的卫生监督，进一步提高饮料食品的安全性及减少对人体健康的危害。
