1.The authority should sort out and expand the input channel for nature reserves, raise the standardization level of the development of nature reserves, guide the shift of lifestyle of the communities in the vicinity of nature reserves, lower the pressure of surrounding communities on nature reserves, comprehensively evaluate the impacts of various development projects in the surrounding areas on eco-environment of nature reserves or ecological loss resulting from the adjustment of the zoning and function areas and develop a eco-compensation standard system for nature reserves.
要理顺和拓宽自然保护区投入渠道，提高自然保护区规范化建设水平；引导保护区及周边社区居民转变生产生活方式，降低周边社区对自然保护区的压力；全面评价周边地区各类建设项目对自然保护区生态环境破坏或功能区划调整、范围调整带来的生态损失，研究建立自然保护区生态补偿标准体系。
2.Based on the proven CBM reserve report examined and approved by our country, this paper aims to combine the contents related to the standards of CBM, coal, and natural gas reserves, further discussing and refining the basic requirements on proven reserves calculation in Standards of CBM Resources and Reserves, such as calculation conditions, units classification, and parameters selection, etc. so as to improve the computation accuracy of proven reserves.
本文旨在借助于国家已经审批通过的煤层气探明储量报告的经验，把煤层气、煤炭、天然气储量规范中的相关内容有机结合起来，进一步探讨和细化《煤层气资源／储量规范》中计算探明储量的基本要求，包括计算条件、单元划分、参数选取等，从而达到提高探明储量精度的目的。
3.Constructing natural reserves shall receive high attention, additional 15-20 natural reserves located at Xiaolongmen, Miyun Reservoir and other areas will be added by 2005. After further successive expansion, about natural reserves will cover around 10% of Beijing’s territory by 2008.

4.In light of the general program and requirements of the State, the People’s Government of the Tibet Autonomous Region is carrying out the “Development Plan for Nature Reserves in the Tibet Autonomous Region for 1996-2010.” It is expected that 28 new nature reserves at or above the autonomous region level will be established before 2010. By then, all types of nature reserves other than sea and seashore ecosystem ones will be found in Tibet.
根据国家的总体规划和要求，西藏自治区人民政府正在实施《西藏自治区自然保护区发展规划(1996—2010)》，预计在2010年前在西藏建立28个自治区级以上自然保护区，届时，除海洋和海岸生态系统类型外的自然保护区在西藏均有分布。
