4.Conclusions The beta Fg gene 148C/T polymorphism is correlated to the molecular reactivity and plasma of Fg level. The increased plasma Fg level and enhanced Fg molecular reactivity are both risk factors of CI. CI susceptibility is associated with beta Fg gene 148C/T polymorphism.
结论 Fgβ 14 8C/T基因多态性与血浆Fg分子功能和Fg水平具有相关性 ,Fg分子功能增强和Fg水平升高是CI的危险因素 ,Fgβ 14 8C/T基因多态性与CI易患性相关联。
