1.Objective:To investigate the effects of E. coli lipopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulus on the synthesis of TLR4 protein and its mRNA expression in human dental pulp cells(HDPCs), and to explore the roles of TLR4 on the activation of HDPCs induced by LPS.
目的:探讨大肠杆菌脂多糖(lippolysacchaide,LPS)对体外培养的人牙髓细胞(human dental pulp cells,HDPCs)Toll样受体4(Toll-likereceptor4,TLR4)表达的影响及TLR4在LPS对牙髓细胞激活中的作用。
2.CONCLUSION:VLC Calar is fit for indirect pulp capping of deep caries and direct pulp capping of accidental pulp exposure,but not for direct pulp capping of deep caries with pulp exposure.
结论:钙乐(Calar)光固化氢氧化钙用于间接盖髓及意外穿髓的盖髓效果较好,但用于深龋穿髓的直接盖髓效果较差。
3.Pretreatment of Soda?AQ reed pulp with sulfuric acid and EDTA were conducted. Oxygen delignification and the subsequent hydrogen peroxide bleaching of the pulp were performed. The results showed that there were more transition metal ions in Soda?AQ reed pulp than that in Soda?AQ wheat straw pulp and the pretreatment before oxygen delignification with sulfuric acid played an important role on the up?grading of bleaching ?effects.
