1.destabilized atlantoaxial models were reconstruction by four posterior internal fixations: brook +Ti-cable fixation, Gallie+Ti-cable fixation, posterior C1 lateral mass combined with C2 pedicle screw rod and Gallie (PLM + Gallie) fixation,and Posterior C1-C2 transarticular screw and Gallie (PTS + Gallie) fixation, whereby motor indexes of C1-C2 segment were measured and statistically analyzed.

3.METHODS All indices(including plasma BNP level,left ventricular septum thickness(LVST),posterior wall thickness(PWT),left ventricular mass index (LVMI),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVED),and blood pressure) were measured in 57 hypertensive patients and a control of 30 healthy subjects. The differences of these indices were compared between the two groups.

其中属于复杂髋臼骨折26例中，根据髋臼骨折的特点与髋臼的解剖特点相一致，简单分类前柱骨折、后柱骨折和双柱骨折，指导切口的选择，选择Kocher-langenbeck切口6例，髂腹股沟切口4例，扩大的髂股切口3例，前后联合切口13例。
10.Posterior approach with decompression, reduction, fixation and bone implantation were selected for 23 cases of dislocation and postrior accessory fracture. The rest 2 cases of dislocation, anterior and posterior accessory fracture underwent posterior reduction, decompression and fixation followed with anterior resection of fractured vertebral body and bone graft implantation fixation.
对于以脱位和后部附件骨折为主的23例患者行后路减压椎弓根螺钉系统复位、固定及植骨融合, 对于脱位合并有前方椎体严重骨折和后部附件骨折的2例则先行后路复位减压固定, 然后一期行前路骨折椎体切除及髂骨植骨融合固定。
