1.During 1985 and 1986, 14248 serum specimens from several kinds of mammalian from 13 plague-endemic, 2 plague-suspected, and 3 plague-free counties were examined by radioimmunoprecipitation (RIP) test and indirect hemagglu-tination (IHA) test. The positive rates for sera from endemic counties were 4.24% and 2.02% respectively and those from suspected endemic counties were 0.43% and 0.19% respectively.
1985～1986年期间,在新疆13个鼠疫疫区县,2片疑似鼠疫疫区和3个非疫区县,用放射免疫沉淀试验(RIP)和间接血凝试验(IHA)共检测各种动物血清14248份,疫区血清的阳性率分别为4.24％和1.94％,疑似疫区血清的阳性率分别为0.43％和0.19％,而且RIP的阳性滴度明显高于IHA。

4.Newcastle disease (ND), also called Asian fowl plague or pseud-fowl plague, is an avian acute, highly contacted, contagious disease caused by Newcastle disease virus (NDV). Outbreak of Newcastle disease was first reported in poultry from Java, Indonesia in 1926. The disease currently has a worldwide distribution and causes tremendous loss to poultry industry. It was defined as a list A disease by the Office International des Epizooties (OIE).
新城疫(Newcastle disease，ND)又称亚洲鸡瘟或伪鸡瘟，是由新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease Virus，NDV)引起的一种禽类急性、高度接触性、致死性传染病，自1926年首次暴发于印度尼西亚的爪哇(Java)后，迅速在世界各地传播，给养禽业带来了巨大损失，被世界动物卫生组织(OIE)列为A类传染病。
5.Both of them were plague hosts. Conclusion There are 88 animal species as plague reservoirs in China,in which 53 species in Rodentia,5 in Lagomorpha,4 in Soricomorpha,1 in Scandentia,13 in Carnivora,and 9 in Artiodactyla for Mammalia,and 3 species in Aves. The species are classified in 2 class,8 orders,and 19 families.
结论我国目前有染疫动物88种,其中兽类中啮齿目53种,兔形目5种,??目4种,树?目1种,食肉目13种,偶蹄目9种,鸟类3种,涉及2纲8目19科。
6.Conclusions:The constituent of flea species and the dominant flea species in the natural epidemic focus of wild-type of plague in Jianchuan of Yunnan Province is prominently different from those in the epidemic focus of house-rat type of plague.
结论 :剑川野鼠型鼠疫自然疫源地的蚤类种类组成及优势蚤种与家鼠型鼠疫疫源地有明显差异。

9.During the period of l975～1994,59 episodes of human plague occured in Qinghai province. Nine of them were caused by infected Tibetan sheep,which occupied l5.25%of all the infection sources ofhuman plague occuring in that period and tood the second place.
青海省1975～1994年共发生人间鼠疫59起，其中以染疫藏羊为传染源的有9起，占此期人间鼠疫总起数的15．25％，居染疫动物第二位。
