1.Materials and Methods: (1) Three steps were applied to synthesize thePDP-PEG-HEPE, which attaches antibody to the surface of liposome. Firstly,Boc-NH-PEG-HEPE was synthesized with Boc-NH-PEG-HEPE and HEPE. Thenselective deprotection of the tert-butoxycarbonyl (Boc) of Boc-NH-PEG-HEPEwas achieved by using hydrogen chloride (4M) in anhydrous dioxane solutionfor 30 min.
材料与方法:(1)以叔丁氧碳基保护的双氨基聚乙二醇(Boc-NH-PEG-NHS)、氢化蛋黄磷酯酰乙醇胺(HEPE)为原材料,首先合成Boc-NH-PEG-HEPE,然后去除叔丁氧碳基(Boc基团),合成NH-PEG-HEPE。

以甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体(TDI trimer)为耦合剂,将壳聚糖(CS)及聚乙二醇单甲醚(MeO-PEG)在5℃下,通过官能团耦合的方法合成了以TDI trimer为核,以单甲氧基聚乙二醇(MeO-PEG2000)和CS为臂的pH敏感性多核星型聚合物P(CS-TDI trimer-MeO-PEG)。
4.Kalanchoe daigremotiana and Suaeda salsa seedings were treated with 0 200mmol/L NaCl or isotonic PEG(polyethyleneglycol)solution for seven days. Results showed that the growth of Kalanchoe daigremotiana was inhibited by both NaCl and isotonic PEG and it was inhibited more severely by PEG solution than by isotonic NaCl solution.
分别用 0～ 2 0 0 mmol/L Na Cl和等渗的 PEG(聚乙二醇 )处理伽蓝菜和碱蓬幼苗 ,测定结果表明 :伽蓝菜的生长明显受 Na Cl和等渗的 PEG抑制 ,PEG处理比等渗的 Na Cl处理对伽蓝菜生长的抑制更显著 ;

6.The peak of activity emerged after treated with 20.0% PEG. It was 1.3 times the control’s. Then the activity of CAT decreased as the PEG concentration increased,and it was lower than that of the control’s at 30.0% PEG,also,the emergence of the peak of the activity was later than that of SOD’s.
在轻、中度水分胁迫下,叶片CAT活性逐渐升高,当PEG浓度达20%时出现峰值,为对照的1.3倍,之后随着PEG浓度的增加CAT活性下降,经30.0%PEG处理后CAT活性低于对照,其活性高峰的出现晚于SOD。
7.The results compared by examination for PEG with PEGoCaCl_2 indicate that the characteristic absorption peak of IR at center around 1110cm~(-1) for C-O-C bond in PEG had shifted up to 1073cm~(-1) at lower wave number, and melting point of PEG had increased prominently from 53.6℃ to 74.1℃ after calcium chloride was added.
PEG和PEG-CaCl_2的测试结果表明,由于CaCl_2的加入,PEG中C-O-C键以1110cm~(-1)为中心的红外特征吸收峰漂移至1073cm~(-1)处。
