1.After intrapleural adminiStration of rIL-2 as Pfestimulation, theinduced PEAL showed a higher cytotoxicity, and a Stronger Proliferation response. In summary, PEAL was economic and available, cytotoxic against various tumor cells, able to proliferate in vitro and thus might be valuable as one source of effector cells for adoptive immunotherapy of cancer.
