1.In order to study the action that RE effected wearable trait and high temperature anti-oxygenation of HI 3 steel SNC common penetration and oxygenation complex procession ,experiment sample penetration layer complexly processed under two case of adding RE and not adding RE was carried out phase analysis of X-ray ,SEM observation and spectrum analysis.
为了研究稀土对H13钢硫氮碳共渗加氧化复合处理渗层的耐磨性和抗氧化性的作用，对加稀土和不加稀土两种情况下进行复合处理的试样渗层分别进行了X射线相分析和SEM观察及能谱分析。
