1.[Objective] Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) , one of the most common endocrine diseases affecting women of reproductive age, plays an important role in anovulatory infertility, with a prevalence of up to 5%~21%;
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,简称PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌紊乱性疾病之一,在不排卵性不孕中占主要地位,发病率约5%~21%;
2.In this paper the floral ontogeny and the ovary development of Rivina humilis L.were observed.The results showed that (1) the tepal primordia initiated in 2/5 spirals.The abaxial one initiated first,then the adaxial one,finally the lateral two initiated nearly simultaneously.The third one initiated on the position near the first tepal,and there is a gap between itself and the second tepal.(2) The 4 stamineal primordia initiated in one whorl at the same time.(3) The carpellary primordium initiated from the abaxial side of flower primordium;the carpellary primordium grew upwards and towards axis after it was formed,therefore an elliptic orifice was formed at the adaxial position of ovary,which was the remainder of the mouth of ovary before the ovary was fused completely.With the ovary maturing,the orifice was narrowed because of the ovary growth,at last fused completely.The gynoecium is composed of a single carpel.(4) In the series developmental sections of ovary,the ovular primordium was initiated on the adaxial meristem when the mouth of ovary was formed.
对数珠珊瑚的花器官发生和子房的发育过程进行了观察.结果表明:(1)数珠珊瑚花被呈2/5螺旋状发生,远轴侧的1枚先发生,其次为近轴侧的1枚发生,最后侧方的2枚花被几乎同时发生,第3枚花被在靠近第1枚的位置发生,第2枚和第3枚之间有1个空隙;(2)4枚雄蕊是同时发生的;(3)心皮发生于分生组织的远轴侧,心皮原基形成后,向上向轴生长,在子房成熟前在近轴侧非正中位形成1个孔,该孔为心皮最终愈合前的残迹,到子房成熟时,因子房的生长孔被挤压缩小,在进一步的生长过程中愈合.子房由1枚心皮构成;(4)从子房发育过程的切片看,该植物的胚珠是在子房发生后不久发生的,子房上的圆孔形成时,从近轴侧的分生组织发生胚珠原基,由胚珠原基分化出珠被与珠心.
3.Method:Sixty female SD rats of three month were divided into 6 groups,sham operation(Sham),ovary resection(Model),ovary resection plus High Gu Li(H-GL),ovary resection plus Middle Gu Li(M-GL),ovary resection plus Low Gu Li(L-GL),ovary resection plus Diethylstilestrol(DES). Ten rats in each group,and were fed according to various demands.
方法:将60只大鼠按随机原则分成假手术组(Sham组)、造模组(Model组)、骨立高剂量组(H-GSL组)、骨立中剂量组(M-GL组)、骨立低剂量组(L-GL组)和己烯雌酚阳性对照组(DES组),共6个组,每组10只。

5.Changes in concentrations of boron (B) and magnesium (Mg) in the ovary (fruitlet),rind and pulp of fruit were investigated throughout fruit development of parthenocarpic Kamei satsuma mandarin (Citrus unshiu Marc.) and self-pollinated Egan 1 tangerine (C.reticulata Blanco).The results showed as follows:1) B concentrations in the ovary of Kamei were at high levels before flowering and at full bloom,and decreased after flowering,whereas that of Egan 1 was relatively low at full bloom,thereafter significantly increased.No significant differences were observed in Mg changes in the ovary (fruitlet) between the two cultivars,which presented decreasing trends after flowering.2) Minor changes of B concentrations in the rind of the two cultivars were detected,remarkable changes were found for B in the pulp,which came to the peak values during the stage of fruit enlargement.Mg concentrations were relatively high in the rind and pulp of the two cultivars during early fruit development,and presented obviously declining trends during the middle and late stage of fruit development.
以单性结实的龟井温州蜜柑和自花授粉结实的鄂柑1号橘为试材,对整个果实发育期的子房(幼果)、果皮和果肉的硼镁含量变化进行了测定.结果表明:1)龟井花前至花期子房硼含量就已较高,花后下降;而鄂柑1号花期子房硼含量相对较低,花后有一显著上升;两品种子房(幼果)镁含量变化无明显差异,花后均趋下降.2)两品种果皮硼含量变幅较小,而果肉硼含量变幅相对较大,且均在果实膨大期出现明显的上升高峰;两品种果皮和果肉镁含量在果实发育前期均相对较高,在果实发育的中后期则趋明显下降.
6.2.Through studing the cytoplasm effect on F_1 F_2 from reciprocal crossed between multi-ovary wheat and 4 mono-ovary Dinkel wheat, and 10 kinds of the alloplasmic wheat varieties Chris with different Ae. gilops cytoplasms, the result shows: the 8 cytoplasm have obvious cytoplasm effects in the 14 cytoplasm tested, make the multi-ovary gene expression obstruct in F_1 heterozygous dominant genetype, and can be expressed in F_2 homozygous dominant genetype.
2.对多子房小麦和4种普通小麦变种、10种山羊草属可育异质小麦间正反杂交F_1、F_2代的细胞质效应分析,结果表明:供试的14种细胞质中,8种细胞质对多子房性状具有明显的细胞质效应,使F_1杂合显性多子房基因表达受阻,而F_2纯合显性多子房基因能够表达。
7.The comp scrape method (Ml) showed harvested significantly more buffalo preantral follicles (152.4± 44.8/ovary) than cutting (M2) (32.6 ± 14.8/ovary) and micromanipulation M3 (9.0 ± 3.4/ovary)(p<0.05).
结果发现,梳刮法(M1)可从每个水牛卵巢分离得到腔前卵泡152.4±44.8枚、显著多于剪碎法(M2,32.6±14.8)和显微分离法(M3,9.0±3.4)。
8.The results of malignant nondysgerminomatous germ cell tumor of the ovary treated from 1958 ̄1983 were compared with those treated with the supplement of VAC(Vincristine+ActinomycinD+Cyclophosphamide), PVB (Cisplatin+Vinblastine+Bleomycin) or BEP (Bleomycin+Etoposide+Cisplatin) combined chemotherapy from 1984 ̄1993. Results The overall 5 year survival rate was 30% (39/129) of advanced and recurrent germ cell tumor of the ovary.
对1984~1993年间采用VAC方案(长春新碱+更生霉素+环磷酰胺)、PVB方案(顺铂+长春花碱+博莱霉素)及BEP方案(博莱霉素+足叶乙甙+顺铂)治疗的患者生存情况,与1958~1983年间采用随意治疗方案的患者生存情况进行比较。
9.In order to investigate effects of substance P on secretion of GnRH, LH and progesterone in rats in vitro,tissue cultruer and sequence perfusion in hypothalamus,anterior pituitary gland and ovary technique was used. LH·in the anterior pituitary culture fluid was detected by RIA and progesterone in ovary culture solution was measured by liquid soinfillation counting method.
