1.In the current study we activated the rat oval cells by 2-AAF/PH model. The oval cells were dissociated, purified and cultured. The cell immunofluorescence show that these cells immunoreactive to CK19, OV6, albumin, AFP, CD34, CD45, c-kit and Thy1. The rat oval cells can be expanded in vitro culture and induced to differentiate into hepatocyte or cholangiocyte.
本研究通过2—AAF/PH模型活化大鼠的肝卵圆细胞,并分离纯化和培养,该细胞表达肝细胞标志如白蛋白、AFP,胆管细胞标志如CK19、OV6,造血干细胞标志c—kit、CD34、CD45、Thy—1。
