3.?Results?CTU was effective in reducing ocular inflammation. On three ocular inflammatory models,the mean scores for ocular signs obtained from CTU treated eyes at each examination hour point were significantly lower ( P < 0.01 ),when compared with physiological saline treated eyes relevantly. 10.· RESULTS: Among the 108 eyes with ocular surface diseases, 47 eyes (43.5%) suffered from corneal infections (bacterial, fungal and viral keratitis), 33 eyes (30.6%) from injuries of the ocular surface (including 23 eyes suffered from chemical and thermal burns), 10 eyes (9.3%) from bullous keratopathy and 18 eyes (16.6%) from other causes.
结果:108例角膜移植病例中,各类感染(细菌性、真菌性、病毒性及不明原因的感染)引起的角膜病变47例为首要病因,占全部移植病例的43.5%。 第2位原因为外伤性角膜病变,共33例占30.6%,其中化学伤及热灼伤23例,大泡性角膜病变10例。
