1.Objective To study the ultrastructure of peripheral branches in different section of trigeminal neuralgia, discussing the operational effect of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Specimens of the affected inferior alveolar nerve branches and chin nerve branches from 6 patients suffering from trigeminal neuralgia during operation, fixed in 2% glutaraldehyde, postfixed in 1% osmium tetroxide, dehydrated through graded alchols, and then embedded in spurr resin. Ultrathin sections were stained with both lead citrate and uranyl acetate, then examined under the election microscope.
目的 研究三叉神经痛患者不同节段末梢神经的超微结构变化 ,探讨三叉神经痛手术治疗效果 方法 术中切取 6例三叉神经痛患者的下齿槽神经 (近颅端 )和颏神经 (远颅端 ) ,2 %戊二醛固定 ,1%锇酸后固定 ,环氧树脂包埋 ,制作超薄切片 ,并以醋酸双氧铀、枸橼酸铅双重染色 ,在电镜下比较其脱髓鞘程度。
2.Methods Target localization and dose plan were done by stereotactic MR(1.5 Tesla) study and Leksell Gamma Plan. Single 4 mm collimator with central dose 70 to 90 Gy and 50% isodose line conforming were directed at the sensory root of trigeminal nerve entry zone of pones for 65 patients with non tumor related trigeminal neuralgia, and for 10 patients with tumor related trigeminal neuralgia.
方法 采用1－5 T MR 影像、Gamma?Plan 定位和治疗计划，Leksell 伽玛刀（γ?刀） 治疗75 例TN，其中65 例非肿瘤性TN，治疗靶点在三叉神经感觉根入桥脑区，单个4 mm 准直器，中心剂量70～90 Gy，50 ％ 等剂量线限定靶点；
3.Conclusion:In fraorbital foramen obliterate operation is a simple, safe, and effective method in treating infraorbital neuralgia, and it is worth of spreading.
结论：本术式简便，易行，安全，疗效可靠，有一定的推广价值。
