1.In this paper,Zeolite NaY treated from kaolinite continued to be treated,such as ground in the agate mortar,dried in 120℃ for an hour,damped in the surroundings of supersaturated calcium chloride solution(room temperature from 20℃ to 30℃) for 16 to 24 hours,The treated Zeolite NaY was determined by X-ray diffractometer,the Composition,crystallinity,cell parameter and ratio of silicate to aluminium of Zeolite NaY was analyzed.
由高岭石合成的NaY分子筛经如下处理:将试样放入玛瑙研钵中充分研细,经120℃,1h烘干,然后置于氯化钙过饱和水溶液气氛中(室温20~30℃)吸水16~24h; 将处理后试样照X射线衍射仪(XRD)进行测定,分析其物相组成、结晶度、晶胞参数及硅铝比。
2.The as-synthesized NaY molecular sieve was characterized with SEM,XRD and BET. The NaY molecular sieve had a particle size of approximately 2μm,n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) of 3.28,crystallinity of 90% and specific surface area of 703 m2/g.
所合成的NaY分子筛用SEM、XRD和BET等进行了表征,结果表明,该NaY分子筛粒径2μm左右,硅铝比n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)为3.28,结晶度90%,比表面积703 m2/g。
3.The results indicated that ZnCl 2 modified NaY showed higher catalytic activity than HY with B acid sites in etherification. In the optimum reaction conditions , the conversion of catechol and the selectivity for guaiacol over ZnCl 2 (10%)/NaY were up to 86.7% and 99.3% respectively.
