2.Among 520 tobacco samples collected in Yunnan Province,71.74%,55.01% and 6.35% samples were infected by Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV),CMV and Potato virus Y(PVY),respectively.
在云南采集的520个花叶病样品中,烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)、CMV和马铃薯Y病毒(Potato virus Y,PVY)总检出率分别为71.74%、55.01%和6.35%;
3.Aphis medicaginis, Meamwhile, the stability of viruses were determined and the viruse particles-700-750mμ long, 25mμ wide, were observed under the electron microscope using crude sap of the infected leaves. The virus can be transmitted by seed. The result showed that all the four samples are Bean Common Mosaic Viruses (BCMV).
同时,测定了病毒的稳定性,并以病叶汁液观察了病毒粒体形态,通过试验证实了种子传毒,根据以上鉴定结果,这四个标样为菜豆普通花叶病毒Bean Common Mosaic Virus(BCMV).
