1.The requirements of Lateclabrux japonicus diet for vitamins in the compound at various growth stages was studied. Under this experiment condition,requirements of bass 28.4~30.2 g and150.1~156.6 g for vitamins in the compound diet are as follows:VA 4000~7000IU and VE 150 mg and 200 mg, VB125 mg,VB6 20 g and 40 mg,VC 1000 mg 1000~1500 mg,Biotin 1~3 mg and 1mg,Inosito500 mg,Choline chloride 1000~2000mg 2000 mg.
对不同生长阶段鲈鱼对维生素需求进行了研究,单因子试验结果表明:平均体重28.4~30.2g的一龄幼鱼与平均体重150.1~156.6g的二龄幼鱼对维生素的需求分别如下:VA4000~7000IU和4000IU,VE150mg和200mg,VB125mg,VB620mg和40mg,VC1000mg和1000~1500mg,生物素1~3mg和1mg,肌醇500mg,氯化胆碱1000~2000mg和2000mg.
2.The following treatments in turn was D3(NAA+VB1+cane sugar,100 mg/L +80 mg/L +2%),D4(NAA+VB1+cane sugar,300 mg/L+80 mg/L+2%),B2(IBA+NAA,100 mg/L +100 mg/L),B1(IBA+ NAA,50 mg/L+50 mg /L).
然后是处理D3(萘乙酸+维生素B1+蔗糖,100 mg/L+80 mg/L+2%)、D4(萘乙酸+维生素B1+蔗糖,300 mg/L+80 mg/L+2%)、B2(IBA+NAA,100 mg/L+100 mg/L)、B1(IBA+NAA,50mg/L+50 mg/L)。
3.The patients were treated with three more cycles of CAF(CTX 600 mg/m2,ADM 50 mg/m2,5-FU 500 mg/m2),CMF(CTX 600 mg/m2,MTX 30 mg/m2,5-FU 500 mg/m2)and TA(docetaxel 75 mg/m2,THP 30 mg/m2)every three weeks.
化疗方案为CAF(CTX600mg/m2,ADM50mg/m2,5-FU500mg/m2)、CMF(CTX600mg/m2,MTX30mg/m2,5-FU500mg/m2)和TA(艾素75mg/m2,THP30mg/m2),疗程≥3个疗程,每3周1个疗程。
4.The result shows that when the processes are used to the activated sludge process, SBR process and A/A/O process, they can reduce the COD of 800 mg/L to 305 mg/L, 221 mg/L and 185 mg/L respectively and can also reduce the influent of NH3 - N from 45 mg/L to 9.7 mg/L, 14 mg/L and 13.3 mg/L respectively.
实验结果表明,该技术应用于活性污泥法、SBR工艺和A-A-O工艺中,能使焦化废水COD由进水平均800mg/L分别降至305mg/L、221mg/L和185mg/L,氨氮由进水平均45mg/L分别降至9.7mg/L、14mg/L和13.3mg/L。
5.Under the experimental conditions, the optimum combinations of 3 chemicals applied to Chinese cabbage were GA 46.3 mg/L + Mo 441mg/L + DCD 8.3 mg/pot, GA 28.7 mg/L + Mo 159 mg/L + DCD 8.3 mg/pot and GA 37.5 mg/L + Mo 300 mg/L + DCD 2.55 mg/pot respectively.

6.Suitable differentiation medium (NH4NO3 500mg/l, KNO3 500mg/l, KH2PO4 370 mg/l,ferrite salt 10ml, BA 0.5mg/l and IBA 0. 4mg/l were complmented with,the applied quantities of others are the same with MS medium, pH=6. 4)and rooting medium (based on the differentiation medium)BA was removed,and add sucrose 20g/l,which is suitable for the variety 85-4. Based on it, the applied quantity of KNO3 was increased to 750mg/l and KT0.1mg/1 was added, which is suitable for the varieties 85-1 and 85-3. )were selected by perpendicular rotating design method.
采用了正交旋转设计方法,筛选出了较适宜的分化培养基(NH_4NO_3500mg/1、KNO_2500mg/1、KH_2PO_4370mg/1、铁盐10ml,附加BA 0.5mg/1、IBA 0.4mg/1其余用量同MS基,pH=6.4)和生根培养基(在分化培养基的基础上去掉BA,糖为20g/1,适用于85—4品种。然后在此基础上,KNO_2增加的750mg/1,KT0.1mg/1即适用于85—1、85—3两个品种)分化率平均为3.6倍;

通过单因素试验和正交试验确定猕猴桃醋酸饮料优化配方为 :1 0 0ml猕猴猕醋酸饮料中含猕猴桃醋 2 7ml、甜味剂 4 3mg、苹果酸 2 7 0mg、柠檬酸 1 5 9mg、姜汁 1 2ml、乳酸钙 5 1mg、食盐 4 1 5mg、甜蜜素 31mg、乙基麦芽酚 5mg。
8.The main results of this test were shown as follows:1 Except 25mg/L and 50mg/L, the treatments of concentrations of Eth all had obvious effect to inhibit flower diameter, shorten the life span of petal and leaf and decrease ornamental quality when osmanthus were treated with ETP at different concentration : 25mg/L, 50mg/L, 100mg/L, 200mg/L, 400mg/L. The results indicated that osmanthus was sensitive to ethylene.
1 用浓度分别为25mg/L、50mg/L、100mg/L、200mg/L、400mg/L的乙烯利处理桂花花枝,结果表明除25mg/L和50mg/L两浓度外,其它浓度的乙烯利处理均明显抑制桂花花瓣正常生长发育,缩短花瓣和叶片的寿命,降低桂花的观赏品质。
9.Functional tests indicated that 1 g of CG could adsorb 49.5 mg of gelatin and be reusable after regeneration,and complex the metallic ions such as:Fe3+ 53.4 mg,Cu2+ 38.7 mg,Hg2+ 46.5 mg,Mn2+ 6.8 mg,Zn2+ 27.9 mg,Pb2+ 57.2 mg,respectively.

10.To the Cyclamen persicum? spraying GA 150 mg/L+NAA 20 mg/L+V 10 mg/L could obviously increase its flower quantity and regularity? and to the Dendronthema morifolium Tzve? GA 40 mg/L+ 6-BA 10 mg/L+V 5 mg/L could promote its growth of scape and petal? improve the whole opening shape and prolong the florescence about 10 days.
喷施GA150mg/L+NAA20mg/L+V10mg/L能显著提高仙客来花朵数量及整齐度; GA40mg/L+6-BA10mg/L+V5mg/L能促进龙爪菊花瓣、花径增长及整体开放形态改善,延长花期10d左右。
