6.Results:This study showed that 61 cases had temporal bone anomalies,accounting for 34.9%. Among them,24 cases with malformations of external auditory meatus,16 cases with middle ear malformations,and 34 cases with inner ear malformations. Among them,13 cases had several different malformations.
结果:CT共检出颞骨畸形61例,其中,外耳畸形24例(36耳),中耳畸形16例(20耳),内耳畸形34例(60耳),其中13例为合并畸形;
7.Results:The distance between medial wall of the basal turn of the cochlea and the porus trigeminus was about (10.36±1.50)mm,the distance between the line from the intersecting point of the mandibular nerve and greater superficial petrosal nerve(GSPN) to the lateral lip of the internal acoustic meatus(IAM) and the porus trigeminus was (8.04±0.99)mm. A quadrangle was proposed to locate precisely the cochlea.
结果:耳蜗基底圈的内侧壁至三叉神经孔的距离为(10.36±1.50)mm,下颌神经与岩浅大神经交点和内耳门后缘的连线至三叉神经孔的距离为(8.04±0.99)mm,提出耳蜗的定位四边形。
