1.Iron oxide black pigment, magnetite powder for the production of toner, cobalt-modified magnetite powder for magnetic recording were prepared from pyrite cinder. Our study was concentrated on the oxidation precipitation of magnetite, control of size and shape, surface chemical properties of magnetite, surface modification and magnetic properties of cobalt- modified magnetite powder. Using sulfuric acid to leach pyrite cinder, pyrite was used to reduce acid-leaching solution for the first time.
本论文以硫铁矿烧渣为原料制备铁黑颜料,静电复印显影剂用Fe_3O_4磁粉和磁记录用包钴Fe_3O_4磁粉,着重研究了氧化沉淀法制备Fe_3O_4的反应过程、粒度和形貌的控制、Fe_3O_4的表面化学特性、表面改性及包钴磁粉的磁性能。
2.The major results of this study are as follows:1 .polyethyleneglycol(PEG)-magnetite (PMP) consisting of magnetite particles and PEG with terminal carboxy or amino groups and dextran-magnetite particle (DMP) were prepared. Influence of preparation conditions on effective diameters of McAb-PMP and McAb-DMP nanoparticles was unanimous. The content of magnetite of McAb-PMP was luger than that of McAb-PMP.
1．采用PEG为中间桥接物，合成了纳米级的McAb-PMP和McAb-DMP微粒，对比研究McAb-PMP和McAb-DMP，发现影响二者有效粒径的因素一致，McAb-PMP与McAb-DMP相比较，McAb-PMP抗体结合的氧化铁粒子量高于McAb-DMP，这样McAb-PMP降低了抗体在MR增强实验中使用量。
3.The results show that magnetite prepared under the optimum process has a saturation magnetization of 96.2Am~2/kg and a coercivity of 10.7kA/m. The shape of the particle was sphere and the size distribution of magnetite was from 0.1 to 0.5μm. Magnetite was well suited for the production of electrostatic copying toner.
结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下得到了球形Fe3O4,粒度分布范围为0.1～0.5μm,磁饱和强度为96.2Am2/kg,矫顽力为10.7kA/m,满足静电复印显影剂对磁粉的要求。

5.To explore the new application of magnetite nanoparticles,thermal compatibility between magnetite nanoparticles and explosives in common use including hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine(RDX),cadmium three-carbohydrazide permanganate (GTG),potassium 4,6-dinitro-7-hydroxyl-7-hydrobenzofuroxanate(KDNBF) and pentaerythritol tetra nitrate(PETN) was determined by DSC technique.
