1.To investigate the infection of Yersinia in experimental macaque. Method The isolation method adopted a combination of NYE agar and cold enrichment. The strains from macaque were identified by the Biomeriux methods of ID 32E, and were made susceptibility test by the ATB G-5, reading the results by ATB automatic analyzer and reporting by the computer.
