1.During the 8~(th) international Human Leucocyte Differentiation Antigen Congress held in Dec 2004, LAIR-1 was named CD305 as a novel HLDA after its mAb was referred together by Professor Jin Bo-quan of the Fourth Military Medical University (China) and other experts from Oxford University (Britain) and The University of Newcastle (Australian).

2.In this paper, we study the existence of the large solutions for semilinear elliptic value problem of second order with gradient terms:Δu±|?u|~q=p(x)f(u),u>0,x∈Ωu|_(?Ω)=∞ (P±)by the skill of inequality, approximation method combined with the regular theory and inner estimate theory of elliptic equation of second order, where q∈[0, 2). we obtained the corresponding results in the following five directions:(i) The existence of the positive large solutions of the problem (P+), where Ω is a bounded smooth domain in R~N(N>=3) and the coefficient p(x) is bounded on Ω.(ii) The existence of the entire large solutions of the problem (P+), where Ω=R~N(N>=3) and the coefficient p(x) satisfies certain delay conditions.(iii) The existence of the positive large solutions of the problem (P-), where ( is a bounded smooth domain in R~N(N>=3) and the coefficient p(x) is bounded on Ω.(iv) The existence of the entire large solutions of the problem (P-), where Ω=R~N (N>=3) and we require that t~(2+β)φ(t)f(t~α)be bounded above for some positive β and α..(V) The nonexistence of the large solutions of the problem (P+).The main results of this paper extend the results of Alan V. Lair and Aihua W. Wood [3], and include the main results in [1], [2], [13].
本文应用不等式技巧，区域摄动方法，二阶椭圆型方程正则性理论及内估计理论，考察带有非线性梯度项的半线性椭圆型边值问题：Δu±|?u|~q=p(x)f(u),u>0,x∈Ωu|_(?Ω)=∞ (P±)爆炸解的存在性，使问题更具一般性，其中q∈[0, 2)，Ω是R~N(N>=3)中的有界光滑区域或全空间R~N(N>=3). 本文在下述五种情况下得出了相关的结果.(i)问题(P+)正爆炸解的存在性，其中Ω是R~N(N>=3)中有界光滑区域，系数p(x)有界；(ii)全空间R~N(N>=3)上问题(P+)正整体爆炸解的存在性，系数p(x)满足一定衰减条件；(iii)问题(P-)正爆炸解的存在性，Ω是R~N(N>=3)中有界光滑区域，系数p(x)有界；(iv)全空间R~N(N>=3)上问题(P-)整体爆炸解的存在性，要求对于正数β,α,t~(2+β)φ(t)f(t~α)有界.(v)问题(P+)爆炸解的不存在性结果.本文的结果是对Alan v. Lair and Aihua W. Wood [3]主要结果的推广. 包含了文[1]，[2]，[13]中的主要结果.
