1.To counter the problems of kiln car dispatcher,kiln gate opening, complexity of entering kiln operation sectors,it studied and application on kiln car operation equipment in gangue brick tunnel kiln collected delivery kiln car,auto-open kiln gate and pushing forward kiln car into tunnel kiln as a whole by analyzing production line technology of gangue brick tunnel kiln.
通过对现有煤矸砖隧道窑生产线的技术分析,针对窑车调度、窑门开启、入窑操作环节复杂的问题,研究应用了集引渡窑车、自动开启窑门、向隧道窑顶入窑车于一体的煤矸砖隧道窑操车装置。

4.Kiln guiding-rail bricks,supporting suspension bricks and ultra-thin extruded batts are recently developed for the phenomenon of pollution and pulverization caused by using insulation bricks or high-temperature refractory wool in the kilns.They are made from Cordierite and mullite with a high strength.They can cover the kiln wall structure made of refractory fiber,greatly reduce pollution and pulverization,remarkably save the energy,easy to be constructed on worksite,and the aspect is beautiful and novel.They are ideal material for large-scale shuttle-kiln or computerized puadrate kiln.

5.According to me operating experiences of MFC kiln in Ningguo Cement Plant and PYROCLON kiln in Iraq, the accidents arising from the operation such as positive pressure in kiln hood, red kiln and incomplete combustion are analyzed in detail . The preventable measurements and remedies are also presented.

8.The research reveals that remarkable difference in the physical property and performance of c ement and concrete between the mixed cement and the shaft /rotary kiln cement. When the mix ratio of the shaft kiln cement and r otary kiln cement is 1:3,the strength and durability of the mixed cement and the resultant concrete are better than the weighte d average of the two single cements.
