1.Methods: Wistar rats, 1 month after stopping lactation, were divided into 6 groups and given by different concentrations of iodine (KI) which were Low iodine(LI), normal iodine(NI),5 fold high-iodine (5HI), 10 fold high-iodine (10HI),50 fold high-iodine (50HI),100 fold high-iodine (100HI).
方法：取断乳后一个月的Wistar大鼠，给予不同浓度的碘化钾，分为6组：低碘组(LI)、适碘组(NI)、5倍碘组(5HI)、10倍碘组(10HI)、50倍碘组(50HI)、100倍碘组(100HI)。
