4.At first, utilizing Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) system, the growth of BN material on silicon surface has been investigated. Scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) images, Energy Dispersive x-ray Spectrum (EDX) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) showed that netlike BN nanorods could be synthesized on silicon surfaces at given growth conditions.

5.In this thesis, nitrogen was implanted into the silicon wafers, which were subsequently annealed by rapid thermal processing (RTP) and then characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), spreading resistance profiles (SRP) as well as doppler broadening spectroscopy (DBS), The nitrogen - vacancy complexes, the nitrogen - oxygen complexes, and the effect of nitrogen on the electrical properties of the silicon wafers has been studied.

7.We designed the interface circuit between infrared transceiver and COM port of computer, the interface circuit between infrared transceiver and interface HUB, infrared HUB circuit. According to hardware circuit, we programmed corresponding software such as link control of infrared HUB, data transfers control, communication control interface of extension and logic relation of complex programmable logic device (CPLD).
设计了红外收发器与分机端,红外收发器与红外集线器HUB端的接口电路以及红外HUB电路,并结合硬件设计电路,给出了单片机对红外HUB的链路控制,数据传输控制,分机端通信控制界面和可编程逻辑器件逻辑关系编程等程序源代码。

The designed base-station and substation(dolly controler) both have infrared interface which can beam and receive infrared signal.

10.We constructed the mid-to-far infrared SEDs of each sample source after measuring the five bands mid-infrared flux (3.6,4.5,5.8,8.0,24μm) and matching the two far-infrared flux (70 and 160μm) from Frayer et al.
