1.PARTⅠINDUCE A MODEL OF PASSIVE TRANSFERRED MYASTHENIA GRAVIS ON YOUNG MICEObjective: To induce an animal model of passive transferred myasthenia gravis (PTMG) on young C57BL/6 mice with different doses of nicotinic acetylcholine receptor monoclonal antibody-mAb35, to decide the effective dose of mAb35 required to induce PTMG, and to provide an animal model for further study of the pathogenesis and immunotherapy of human MG.
第一部分重症肌无力被动转移幼鼠模型的建立目的:利用乙酰胆碱受体(AChR)单克隆抗体-mAb35,以不同剂量腹腔注射给C57BL/6(B6)幼年小鼠,建立重症肌无力被动转移模型(PTMG),摸索成功建立动物模型的mAb35有效剂量,为进一步研究MG的发病机理和相应的免疫治疗提供实验动物模型。

7.Conclusion The expression of mice DSPP on BM-MSCs by gene transfection can induce theexpression of tooth development-associated gene Pax9 and enhance the formation of mineralized nodules,which demonstrated that DSPP gene maybecontribute to induce odontogenic differentiation of BM-MSCs.
结论BM-MSCs 转基因表达DSPP 能够增强其矿化能力,并诱导表达牙齿发育相关基因的表达,提示DSPP 可能在牙齿发育早期有一定作用。
