1.In accordance with the practical condition of cooling water of blast furnace in benxi Iron and steel factory, the authors works out a new stabilization agent of water quality SPZ 1. Experiment results of calmshape and moving shape in the laboratory indicate the stabilization agent of water qulity provides better preservative and preventing incrustation ability for cooling water of blast furnace. It has very important prospects.
针对本钢高炉冷却水的实际情况，研制出SPZ－1型水质稳定剂．实验室的静、动态试验结果表明：SPZ－1稳定剂对高炉冷却水具有良好的缓蚀阻垢能力，该水质稳定剂具有可喜的应用前景

管线内检测前清管、低输量间歇运行输油管线清管；清除管线内部的凝油、结蜡、结垢，达到减小输油回压、减小磨阻、降低输油温度的目的。
3.When chemical cleaning,the slime was stripped of with bactericide,the incrustation was clear out with cleaning agent and antifoamer. When the w(Ca~(2+)) in water reaches 204×10~(-6),adding the prefilming agent directly. After 36 h,the results show that the cleaning and prefilming effects are good.
化学清洗时用杀菌剂剥离黏泥,清洗剂,消泡剂清除水垢,在水中w(Ca2+)达204×10-6后,直接加预膜剂,历时36h,运行结果表明清洗预膜效果良好。
