1.PURPOSE To investigate the characteristics of the blood supply of optic disk in glaucomatous eyes by indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) and whether indocyanine green angiographic anormalies of optic disk are different among chronic primary angle-closure glaucoma (CACG), primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) and normal tension glaucoma (NTG).
目的 观察青光眼与正常眼以及原发性开角型青光眼(primary open angle glaucoma,POAG)、正常眼压性青光眼(normal tension glaucoma,NTG)与慢性原发性闭角型青光眼(chronic primary angle-closure glaucoma,CACG)视盘的吲哚青绿眼底血管造影表现的异同。
2.Objective The purpose of this investigation was to detect the expression of peroxynitrite anion(ONOO-) in trabecular meshwork of normal human,primary acute angle closure glaucoma(PAACG) and primary chronic angle closure glaucoma(PCACG),in an attempt to learn about its role in the damage of trabecular meshwork and the relationship with glaucoma.

3.Results:Latanoprost had the greatest mean IOP lowering effect in both the primary open angle glaucoma(POAG)( P =0 005) and the chronic closed angle glaucoma(CCAG)( P =0 33) groups,reducing the IOP by 8 9 mmHg ang 4 1 mmHg respectively.
结果 :无论是原发性开角型青光眼 ( primary open angle glaucoma,POAG)组还是慢性闭角型青光眼 ( chronic closed- angleglaucoma,CCAG)组 ,latanoprost都显示出最明显的降眼压作用 ,眼压分别降低 8.9mm Hg( P=0 .0 0 5 )和4.1 mm Hg( P=0 .33)。
4.Methods: The B/Y perimetry and W/W perimetry in the Octopus 101 perimetry were used to examine the visual fields of 12 normal subjects (24 eyes), 16 cases (32 eyes) of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG), and 7 cases (14 eyes) of suspected POAG respectively.
