8.This paper describes the isolation and partial characterization of EPF in the mixed sera of SO pregnancy women , between 3 and 8 weeks of gestation, EPF was purified with use of Ion - Exchange Chromatography, Sephades G-100 Gel Permeation , Disc-PAGE and SDS-PAGE.
