1.Some theorems for table alqebras,from which several results on charater theory,such as the Burnside formula,Brauer-Burnside theorem and Garrison theorem. are abtained by a uniform way. A new characterization of CF-pairs with the restriction of the character values is also obtained.
利用表代数的方法由群的特征标代数的结构常数求出特征标表，进而用表代数统一了特征标理论中若干基本结果，如Burnside公式，Brauer－Burnside定理，Garrison定理等，还从特征标的取值出发给出了刻划群的CF－对的新条件。

10.In accordance with the Interim Provisions on the Rotation of Cadres of the PLA Garrison in Hong Kong promulgated in December 1998, a regular rotation system has been instituted for all cadres of the garrison force in Hong Kong,and three batches of cadres have so far been rotated.
