1.In this paper, the industrial application of the precision roll forging for YQ153A front axle is introduced. Since the precision roll-die forging is utilized, a production line, which takes a Φ 1000mm reinforced automatic forging roll as the precision roll forging device, takes a 25000kN friction press as die forging device, and equips the corresponding furnace, trimming and hot sizing device, manufactures the YQ153A front axle successfully.

2.In this paper, the cold die forging technology of the counter gear was analysed, the cold die forging was designed, the blank dimensions and the figure were calculated and choosed, the allowable deformation degree was checked, the equipment for the deformation was selected, the blank treatments before the cold die forging were draw up and the die structure of the cold die forging was designed.

7.In this paper,a simulation experiment of precision forging hollow straight spur gear with a boss was done,and deformation of the final stage of precision forging was emphasised To analyse by coordinate grid method. The law of metal flow was obtained,and the conclusion proposed can be referred to working out the process of precision forging.

8. Results The enclasp force of ?1 0 mm forging clasp was 23 4N, that of Co|Cr alloy cast clasp and ?0 9 mm forging clasp were 13 2~14 4N, that of ?0 8 mm forging clasp was 12 2N and that of Ni|Cr alloy cast clasp was 11 5N.

9.The results show that if the method of isothermal forging with the forging heating temperature of 930℃ or 860℃or the method of super-isothermal forging with the temperature of 860℃ and the die temperature of 930*C is adopted, the pancake will have fine structure, i.e the uniform fine grains and the alpha-bata equiaxed structure.
