1.Abstract: The causes for low efficiency of the heater in No.2 Crude Unit of JPC refinery are described and analyzed including water leaking of steam soot blower,dew point corrosion caused by steam,soot deposits in convection chamber owning to poor soot blowing,high flue gas temperature,no heat recovery of flue gas,and poor performance of insulation lining,etc.By using sonic soot removing system,flue gas recovery system,spray coating of fiber and rock wool,as well as adjustment of flow scheme accordingly in the technical revamping.The dew point corrosion is completely eliminated,the insulation performance is improved,the heat loss is reduced by 1.25%,the flue gas temperature is reduced to about 170 ℃,and the heater efficiency is increased from 83%to more than 90%.

3.In experiment, absorbent is CaO powder, mixture of air and SO_2 in different proportions simulates flue gas from MSW incinerator, outlet concentration of SO_2 is measured by intelligent flue gas analyzer online, effects of temperature, Ca/S, inlet concentration of SO_2, particle diameter and resident time of flue gas on desulphurization efficiency of CaO are studied.

5.PCA based on SPSS was used to evaluate the qualities of 9 flue-cured tobacco Varieties in Nanyang. The results showed that the evaluation was very similar with the planting fact of the varieties,so using the method to evaluate the qualities of flue-cured tobacco can get a better effect.
