1.MethodsSingle lymphocytes from a normal male, a normal female, two DMD patients (exon 8 and 47 deleted, respectively) and single blastomeres from the couples treated by the in vitro fertilization pre-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) and without family history of DMD were obtained.
方法:显微操作取正常男性、正常女性和DMD基因8号、47号外显子缺失型DMD患者单个淋巴细胞及无DMD家族史夫妻行体外授精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization pre-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)术后废弃的单个卵裂球细胞,采用三重PCR技术扩增DMD基因8号、47号外显子和amelogenin基因。

5.Rice cultivation without N fertilization decreased the number of soil AOB significantly,while rice cultivation with ammonium sulfate fertilization increased its number within a short period of time,but sodium nitrate fertilization did not show any significant effect on soil AOB.The present paddy soil was much lower than the ancient paddy soils in carbon-source utilization capability,and in Shannon index,Simpson index and McIntosh index of microbial community to a varying extent.

6.From the comprehensive estimation of the experiment results the optimum amounts of potassium fertilizers applications are 375 kg/ha for green pepper or 4% soluble K 2SO 4 added to the basal fertilization of N, P, K for green pepper, and 3% soluble K 2SO 4 added to the basal fertilization of N, P, K for cowpea, and 4% soluble K 2SO 4 added to the basal fertilization of N, P, K for tomato in Guizhou province.
试验证明 ,无论基施还是喷施硫酸钾都有很好的增产增收效益 ,能改善蔬菜果实的品质 ,提高商品价值 ,有极好的推广应用前景。 通过试验 ,建议在生产上 ,硫酸钾适宜用量辣椒基施为 375kg/ hm2 ,在氮磷钾施用基础上喷施可溶性硫酸钾 ,浓度以辣椒 4 %、豇豆 3%、西红柿 4 %为宜。
