1.The extract of morinda officinalis How (MOH) has been reported to increase antioxidants in brain and liver. Previous study has demonstrated that the aqueous extract of MOH has evidently protective effects on MIRI induced by ligation of coronary artery, and the ethanolic extract of MOH has also protective effects but there are no reports so far about its mechanisms in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.
巴戟天(morinda officinalis How，MOH)提取物可提高脑、肝组织的抗氧化酶水平，本导师组以往的研究证实巴戟天水提物对冠状动脉结扎法所导致的MIRI具有明显的保护作用，巴戟天醇提物(the n-butanol extract of morinda officinalis How，BEM)对离体心肌细胞缺氧／复氧损伤亦有保护作用，但其机制目前尚不十清楚。
