1.Methods: 96 non-obese type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the study. According to urinary albumin excretion rate (UARE), 45 patients were in diabetic nephropathy group (DN group, UAER 20-200μg/min), and 51 patients were in the other non-diabetic nephropathy group (NDN group, UAER <20μg/min). 45normal adults were enrolled in control group (CN group).
方法:96例非肥胖2型糖尿病患者,按尿微量白蛋白排泄率(Urinary Albumin Excretion Rate,UAER)分为非糖尿病肾病组(Non-diabetic Nephropathy,NDN组,UAER<20μg/min)51例,早期糖尿病肾病组(DN组,UAER20-200μg/min)45例,健康成人(Control,CN组)45例。
