1.MethodsSingle lymphocytes from a normal male, a normal female, two DMD patients (exon 8 and 47 deleted, respectively) and single blastomeres from the couples treated by the in vitro fertilization pre-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) and without family history of DMD were obtained.

6.Abstract:The early embryo developmental block is a common phenomenon in mammal when embryos are cultured in vitro.Many studies of phosphorus,glucose,hypoxanthine and cytoplasmic factors on early embryo developmental block carried out by different methods such as morphology,biochemistry,molecular biology and micromanipulation have been reviewed.The merit and shortcoming were analyzed and the necessity of using simple or components limited media overcoming early embryo developmental block were also reviewed.Media that have been shown effective in overcoming early embryo developmental block in mouse,rat,hamster,rabbit,pig,sheep,cattle and monkey were listed.

7.The embryo abortion rate of 30 excellent cultivars of Chinese jujube(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.) were investigated 30 days after fruit set. The results showed that,the high abortion cultivars with more than 75% aborted embryo,the middle abortion cultivars with 25%-75% aborted embryo and the light abortion cultivars with less than 25% aborted embryo made up 53.4%,3.3% and 43.3% of the cultivars studied respectively.

9.A experiment of embryo transfer of Dorset Down sheep embryos which were producted by Austraria was conducted and the native Qinghai semifine-wool sheep was the receptor in the area around Qinghai-lake. The numbers of frozen embryo transfer were 60 and the lambing numbers were 28.The pregnancy rate of embryo transfer was 46.67% and the survival rate of lamb was 100%.

10.The experiment was treated total 597 embryo with Sg cells of 8-13 generation through blastocyst injection, there were 585 embryo which got blastocyst cavity again after recovery culture of 1-3 hours, not only the figure of cells were clear, but also the juncture between the cells of feeder layers could be seen clearly, the surviving rate of embryo achieved 97%.
