1.Proteins of albumin and yolk from 124 Ross brown shelled eggs (BSE) an 153 Leghorn white shelled eggs(WSE)were analysed by using polyacrylamnide gel electrophoresis(PAGE). Results demonstrate that albumin and yolk are two distinct and very complicated protein systems, the former has more than 18 bands and the latter has more than 16 bands on PAGE graphs.
用PAGE(Polyacry lamide gel Electrophoresis)方法,对罗斯( Rosse)母鸡产的124枚棕壳蛋,来航( Leghoru)母鸡产的153枚白壳蛋的蛋清、蛋黄的蛋白质进行了分析,观察到蛋黄与蛋清是两个不同的十分复杂的蛋白质体系,蛋黄有18条以上的区带,蛋清有16条以上的区带。
2.2. Materials and methodsWe collected 50 strains of MRSA from clinical specimens in the First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University. 4.11 patients with NPDR,15 patiens with PDR and 15 controls were performed with tear proteins sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE). Still 36 diabetic patients with NPDR,33 diabetic patients with PDR and 34 healthy persons as control group were performed with corneal fluorescein staining and TMS-4 corneal topography examinations. 6.The products of nest PCR were detected after reaction using electrophoresis and non-electrophoresis, the result shows that there are specific band about 282bp when the genomic DNA from male rabbits were used after electrophoresis and there is bright fluorescence in the PCR tubes when they were put in the ultraviolet radiation analyzer and the sensitivity is 10pg, but nothing can be seen when the genomic DNA of female were used.

9.The results of electrophoresis on polyacrylamide and isoelectric focusing elec trophoresis of these three toxic fractions showed that they are homogeneous. Their isoelectric points are 8.7, 9.1,9.1 respectively . The molecular weight of the toxins determined by SDS-discontinuous polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis are 6,600, 5,000 and 8,500 respectively.
