1.Methods:Female BALB/c mice were primed with naked HCV-DNA, HCV-DNA encapsulated by liposome DDAB/EPC or DC-Chol/DOPE, HCV-DNA mixed with Montanide ISA 720 or aluminum hydroxide, respectively, and boosted twice accordingly in a four-week interval. Cytokine production by splenocytes was assessed by ELISPOT.
方法雌性BALB/c小鼠分别用脂质体DDAB/EPC和DC-Chol/DOPE、Montanide ISA720和氢氧化铝为佐剂的HCV-DNA疫苗免疫3次,ELISPOT法观察脾淋巴细胞受HCV核心、E2、E1/E2、NS3和NS5b蛋白刺激后细胞因子的产生。

4.In this article,the property of anatase nano-TiO_2 modified interior crylic-acid latex dope was studied. The SEM morphology of the latex dope containing moderate anatase nano-TiO_2 films and the energy spectrum analysis were given.

二、丝素溶液纺丝成型特性,结果表明纺丝液浓度较高及纺丝液中水分含量较少时再生丝素溶液有较好的可纺性,且无论体系中是否含有微量EDTA,较高浓度纺丝液均具有较好的可纺性,因此采用无水EtOH 及LiBr/EtOH (40/60,w/w)作为纺丝溶剂,制得了纺丝液浓度为21.7wt%含微量EDTA 及不含EDTA 的可纺性良好的丝素溶液。
