4.The results showed that: (1) In four main forest communities of Picea crassifolia, Picea likiangensis var. balfouriana, Picea purpurea and Sabina tibetica, α diversity which represented by Shannon-wiener index and Gleason richness index had the highest value in herb layers, the medium in shrub layers and the lowest in tree layers. (2) Among the 4 main forest communities, the ordination order of a diversity in tree layers from high to low was that Picea crass folia community>P. purpurea community>Sabina tibetica community>P. likiangensis var. balfouriana community. (3) There were no significant difference of species diversity in shrub layers among Picea crassfolia community, P. purpurea community and P. likiangensis var. balfouriana community, which of them distributed in shade slopes, however, Sabina tibetica community distributed in sunny slopes had the lowest species diversity in shrub layers because of grazing disturbance and natural conditions of sunny slopes. (4) Species diversity in herb species of Sabina tibetica community was higher than other communities which distributed in shade slope. (5) Here, β diversity indicated that the similar degree of species composition among communities which was determined by ecological range and biological characteristics of dominant species. 
结果表明:(1)青海云杉林、川西云杉林、紫果云杉林、大果圆柏林内部,3个层片间物种丰富度和物种多样性都表现为草本层>灌木层>乔木层,反映了三江源自然保护区主要林区森林群落层片的物种多样性分布格局;(2)乔木层物种多样性从高到低依次为青海云杉林>紫果云杉林>大果圆柏林>川西云杉林,主要与群落分布的地理位置、海拔等环境因子和建群种生态学特性有关;(3)灌木层物种多样性,分布在阴坡地段的青海云杉林、川西云杉林和紫果云杉林差别不大,但都比分布在阳坡地段的大果圆柏林高,主要与阳坡早春树木生理干旱和放牧有关;(4)草本层物种多样性从高到低的顺序基本与灌木层相反,分布在阳坡的大果圆柏林草本层物种多样性高于分布在阴坡群落中的物种多样性;(5)β多样性表明,紫果云杉林与川西云杉林之间在物种多样性组成方面相似性最大;大果圆柏林和川西云杉林物种组成多样性的相似性位居第二;大果圆柏林和青海云杉林之间的物种多样性相似系数最低,可见,森林群落物种组成相似性程度,首先取决于群落建群种生态幅的宽窄,其次与建群种之间的生态学特性和生物学特性有关。

6.The complete mitochondrial DNA D-loop sequences from 10 stud Brahman cattle were sequenced and analyzed. 7.Analysis of the 126 mtDNA D-loop sequences (of which 26 sequences were collected from literature)of 399 bp in 12 Chinese domestic donkey breeds revealed 36 different haplotypes with 37 polymorphic sites. The haplotype diversity and the nucleotide diversity were 0.4667-0.9778 and 0.0012-0.0285, respectively, indicating abundant genetic diversity in Chinese domestic donkeys. 
本文对我国12个家驴品种126个个体(其中引用26个个体)的mtDNA D-loop区 399 bp进行分析,共检测到36种单倍型37个多态位点,其单倍型多样度为0.4667-0.9778, 核苷酸多样度为0.0012-0.0285,表明我国家驴的遗传多态性丰富。

10.Cryptic species have been found in a wide range of marine organisms;with majority of them are benthic invertebrates.In contrast,marine holoplanktons are thought to have lower diversity and slow speciation due to their strong dispersal potential.This paper reviewed studies on cryptic species and speciation in marine holoplankton.Based on findings in 38 studied taxa,it was concluded that:1) cryptic species are pervasive in marine holoplankton,suggesting holoplankton speciation was more active than previously thought;2) Current morphospecies diversity is untenable to reflect true species diversity in marine holoplankton;3) Geographic isolation may facilitate cryptic speciation of marine holoplankton.However,contribution of allopatric speciation is still questionable;4) Ecological speciation may be the prevailing speciation mode in marine holoplankton.Cryptic speciation in marine holoplankton is paradoxical,because rapid speciation under strong gene flow is countertuitive.Solution of this paradox will help us gain deep insights of marine speciation and biodivesity. 
隐种广泛存在于各类海洋生物中,尤其是底栖无脊椎动物.然而,海洋终生浮游生物由于具有较强的扩散能力,往往被视为生物多样性低、物种形成慢.本文就海洋终生浮游生物隐种与物种形成的研究作一综述.基于研究的38个种类,结果表明:1)海洋终生浮游生物普遍存在隐种,其物种形成要比想象得快;2)由于引种的广泛存在,形态种生物多样性无法反映海洋终生浮游生物真正的物种多样性;3)地理隔离有助于海洋终生浮游生物隐种的形成,但异域物种形成的作用仍值得商榷;4)生态物种形成很可能是海洋终生浮游生物物种形成的主流模式.海洋终生浮游生物强基因流下快速的物种形成有悖于生物进化常理,解决该悖论将有助于我们对海洋物种形成和生物多样性的理解.
