1.Background: Developmental dislocation of the hip (DDH) is currently one of the common musculoskeletal disorders, which have severe impact on the growth and development of children, and their living quality as well. The DDH pathology includes the 3-D spatial abnormalities in bones, cartilaginous and soft tissues. Our previous knowledge about DDH mainly came from the 2-D radiographic examinations, which could not represent the 3-D pathology.
背景 发育性髋关节脱位(Developmental Dislocation of Hip,DDH)是当今骨科领域的常见畸形,患者多为婴幼儿和学龄儿童,该类疾病严重影响患者的肢体发育和功能以及患者的生活质量。

8.In rat segment II experiment, EEA and EE expressed selective developmental toxicities, the A/D ratio were 4 and 3.8 respectively. In rabbit segment II experiment, EEA had selective developmental toxicity and EE had not, the A/D ratio were 4 and 1 respectively.
