4.Genetic analysis was carried out on reproduction traits in large white sows both in Zhenghong and Yinong swine breeding farm in Hunan Province. 6.Objective To investigate the effects of hematoporphyrin derivative(HPD) in different concentrations on photodynamic therapy for human esophageal cancer cell line Eca-109 in vitro at various time points.
目的:探讨血卟啉衍生物(hematoporphyrin derivative,HPD)孵育浓度和孵育时间对人食管癌细胞Eca-109体外光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)效应的影响。
7.The results indicated that after the 1,4-DHP derivative interacts with CT-DNA,the intensity of the fluorescence peak of the 1,4-DHP derivative is increased,illustrating that the 1,4-DHP derivative is intercalated into CT-DNA. If the intensity of the fluorescence peak of 1,4-DHP derivative is decreased,the interaction between the 1,4-DHP derivative and CT-DNA is not in the intercalation mode.
结果表明,1,4-DHP衍生物分子与CT-DNA相互作用后,如其荧光显著增强,表明1,4-DHP衍生物分子嵌入到CT-DNA中,如荧光明显减弱,表明1,4-DHP衍生物分子不是以嵌入模式与CT-DNA相互作用。
8.RESULTS:①After co-culture of hematoporphyrin derivative and CNE2 cells,irradiation with isemiconductor laser at 630 nm could kill the CNE2 cells. The killing effect was positively correlated with the concentration of hematoporphyrin derivative and the dosage of radiation(P < 0.01),but it did not increased obviously when the concentration of hematoporphyrin derivative was over 2.5 mg/L.

10.In chemical structure of chloramphenicol contains considerable elec-tronegativity of chlorine, by using ethanol-water(1:1) solution,there was-a very good of secondary derivative high-speed pulse polarogram peak at -0.06V(vs Ag/AgCl) The linear relationship between concentration and secondary derivative high-speed pulse polarogram peak height was obtiained in the concentration range of 1.0~6.0×10-4 mol/L.
