6.The human hippocampus cortex on 30 cases (60 sides) of fresh cadavers, aged from 6 months to 6 years were studied by HE and alkaline phosphatase staining and Chinese ink filling. The thickness of hippocampus cortex and vascular diameter in each cortical layer of various age groups were measurcd by ocular micrometer of optical microscope. The results showed that the thickness of hippocampus cortex and the vascular diameter increased with age.
用碱性磷酸酶染色,HE染色及墨汁灌注法,在光镜下观察30例(60侧)6个月胎儿至6岁儿童新鲜尸体大脑海马皮质厚度,皮质动脉分布,皮质动脉管径,毛细血管密度和管径,结果表明:海马皮质厚度,血管分布,血管密度和管径均随年龄增长而增加,并且均以出生后变化明显。

10.The inhibition of XLTB (Xiaolong Tongbi) on the combination between IBE 125 adn α 1-adrenalin receptor (α 1-AR) in canine cerebral cortex was studied. Results indicated that the competitive antagonism of XLTB on combination on IBE 125 and α 1-AR in canine cerebral cortex was showed and IC 50 was 34.0±6.0g/L, hill coefficient was 0.70±0.06.
消癃通闭浸出液与犬大脑皮层粗制膜及IBE12 5作用测定其对IBE12 5与犬大脑皮层α1 AR结合的抑制作用 ,结果消癃通闭对IBE12 5犬大脑皮层的结合呈竞争性拮抗作用 ,IC50 为 3 4 0± 6 0 g/L ,Hill系数为 0 70± 0 0 6,佐证本方具有α1 AR拮抗作用。
